It’s always exciting to move into a new space, and Masterplan is pleased to announce that we have now moved to the East Quarter of Dallas, TX. Our new address is 2201 Main Street, Suite 1280, Dallas, TX 75201. We’ll still be providing the same permitting, zoning and lobbying assistance that has made us Dallas’ top firm since 1981, just from a new location in the East Quarter.
Introducing the East Quarter in Dallas, TX
The Dallas skyline is full of soaring skyscrapers and gleaming office spaces, but those can be generic. Today, the East Quarter has revitalized a forgotten district in Dallas, which once housed automobile showrooms—these brick and stone buildings are architectural jewels from the 1920s, now repurposed for unique office spaces in an exciting, up-and-coming urban environment. It’s a great mix of innovative tech and creative firms alongside residential buildings, restaurants and shops—a “hub of commerce, culture and creativity.”
The East Quarter is bordered by Deep Ellum, the Dallas Farmers Market and the central business district. We love the location thanks to its great walking score, proximity to downtown and Deep Ellum and, of course, its beautiful vintage architecture. Currently, the best way to access the East Quarter is through the downtown exit on southbound 75, using the left lane to merge onto Cesar Chavez.
