Masterplan is pleased to announce the opening of the North DFW office based in Frisco, Texas. With offices in Dallas, Austin, and Houston; our latest expansion responds to the continued growth and success of the northern DFW sub-market. We still offer the same great services securing approvals for all matters related to land use, zoning, platting, site and building permits, but with a new convenient location.
Many clients have seen explosive growth north of DFW. With that explosive growth comes cities trying to keep up, and Masterplan is here to help. Our expert team, many of whom are former city employees, are helping clients achieve the approvals they need to move forward on projects.
Leading the efforts in our newest location is land use veteran Maxwell Fisher. In this new role, Maxwell will oversee all North Dallas operations and ensure client success. Prior to taking on the role of Managing Director in our Frisco location, Maxwell served as Chief Consultant in Masterplan’s Dallas headquarters and as a former city planner and plan commissioner in the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth areas. Joining Maxwell in Frisco is land use up and comer Wes Hoblit. Together with nearly 30 years of experience across the State of Texas, Maxwell and Wes have assisted landowners and developers with a wide range of services, including land use and parking due diligence, zoning changes, variances, subdivision planning and permitting endeavors.
