Throughout her professional journey, Mrs. Green has been committed to helping individuals achieve their goals. Prior to her tenure at Masterplan, she dedicated 34 years to the City of Dallas, starting as a secretary and working her way up to the esteemed position of Multi-Technical Manager. In this role, she oversaw the city’s Residential Team and Conservation District Senior Planners, leaving an indelible mark on the city’s landscape.
Drawing upon her extensive experience in the City of Dallas, Mrs. Green became an invaluable asset to our team at Masterplan. She expedited permit processing, assisted clients in obtaining certificates of occupancy, and provided expert zoning-related solutions. When asked about her passion for her work, Mrs. Green explained, “I love what I do by helping others achieve their goals.” Her approach to every project was characterized by care, integrity, and an unwavering determination to ensure its success.
“Ethel Green’s dedication and expertise have been a cornerstone of our team’s success. Her retirement leaves a void that will be deeply felt, but her legacy will continue to inspire us to reach new heights,” said Nicolle Ketcham, Director of Operations at Masterplan.
One notable example of Mrs. Green’s outstanding contributions was her pivotal role in aiding Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in obtaining permits within a short deadline, enabling a successful grand opening with the attendance of the popular artist, Post Malone. Robert Montgomery, Senior Director of Property Development at Raising Cane’s, commended Mrs. Green, stating, “…Unlike many folks that do this kind of service, she [Ethel Green] knows how to read the plans and understands what is needed to get a sign-off.” Charles Jordan, Senior Project Manager for CSRS, also lauded her efforts, emphasizing that their project would have been delayed significantly if not for Mrs. Green’s relentless dedication.
These testimonials from clients are just a glimpse of the widespread recognition of Mrs. Green’s hard work and dedication.
