The request is to rezone the property from commercial to a mixed-use development consisting of a senior living facility, enclosed climate-controlled storage building, and 3 retail/restaurant pad sites.
The senior living facility will be constructed with limited parking, amenities designed for active seniors, and regulations put into city ordinance eliminating the possibility of the use changing from a senior facility to a multi-family complex. The proposed enclosed storage facility will act as a buffer between Hwy 67 and your neighborhood. Additionally, our storage facility will produce little traffic, implement heightened architectural elements, and provide secure safe storage for its patrons. Our retail/restaurant pad sites will be limited on the amount of drive-thru’s that are permitted and will be unique new aged users like Cook Shack/Cheddars, Mesero, Aw Shucks/Blue
