The Mondrian at Cityplace is a residential and retail building that was designed by the famous architect, Thomas Brink. Located on the corner of McKinney and Blackburn at 3000 Blackburn Street, this 20-story building was one of the first high rises in the area. At ground level there are a variety of retail shops, and residents of the building also have access to garden pool along with other amenities.

Hunt Oil Company Headquarters

The Hunt Oil Company Headquarters occupies 475,000 square feet of office space and 166,000 square feet of parking. Located at the entrance of downtown Dallas on 1900 North Akard Street, the 14-story building has become a landmark for those in the area. It is also rated among the greenest buildings due to the unique energy saving system and the fact that many of the furnishings were recycled.

Knockout Sports Arena

The Knockout Sports Arena is a 16,000 sq. Ft., Las Vegas-style live boxing entertainment venue and restaurant at 1520 Nolan Ryan Expressway. This facility, an adaptive re-use of an abandoned Joe’s Crab Shack, will be a regional draw offering 5-star VIP meals and some of the best live boxing and MMA fighting entertainment outside of Las Vegas.

Located at 5100 Belt Line Road Suite 410 in the Village on the Parkway shopping center, Vidorra is a modern Mexican restaurant featuring several specialty cocktails as well as a four-pound taco called “El Jefe”. The name Vidorra translates to ‘good life’ in Spanish. The expansion of the existing restaurant required a remodel of the parking area that was a challenging aspect to gain approval for because parking in this area is already scarce.

This $20 million development included a five-story, 136-room boutique hotel at the doorstep of the Arlington Entertainment District in The Village at Ballpark. This urban inspired hotel was designed to appeal to millennials and features a bar with live entertainment. There is also a 24/7 pantry, pool table, swimming pool, fitness center, and large meeting rooms to work in. The building is located near some of the best shops and restaurants in the area along with several entertainment spots.
