Atelier, meaning ‘workshop’ in French, is an affordable, luxury apartment tower in the Dallas Arts District at 1801 N Pearl Street, which is across the street from Meyerson Symphony Center. The 41-story apartment tower uses a style and materials that flow with the surrounding area as well as an art gallery in the lobby, reflecting the creativity of the Arts District location. Amenities at Atelier include an infinity swimming pool, sun deck, cabanas, a yoga lawn, a bar, a fire pit, and a grilling area.
The Mondrian at Cityplace is a residential and retail building that was designed by the famous architect, Thomas Brink. Located on the corner of McKinney and Blackburn at 3000 Blackburn Street, this 20-story building was one of the first high rises in the area. At ground level there are a variety of retail shops, and residents of the building also have access to garden pool along with other amenities.
Masterplan obtained a conditional use permit for a TABC late-hours permit for the Wing Daddy’s restaurant. Since the restaurant is less than 200 feet from property zoned for single-family residential use, a variance from residential compatibility standards with respect to parking was requested and granted in conjunction with the conditional use site plan.
The Union is an 800,000 square foot, two-tower mixed use development. This dynamic project is located at the junction of five city streets in Uptown Dallas and surrounded by Dallas’ premier sports, entertainment, museum, and park venues. The project was designed by HKS, Inc. and constructed by DPR Construction.
The Knockout Sports Arena is a 16,000 sq. Ft., Las Vegas-style live boxing entertainment venue and restaurant at 1520 Nolan Ryan Expressway. This facility, an adaptive re-use of an abandoned Joe’s Crab Shack, will be a regional draw offering 5-star VIP meals and some of the best live boxing and MMA fighting entertainment outside of Las Vegas.
Stirr, a popular Dallas restaurant bar, opened a second location at the Village on the Parkway in Addison, TX. The existing space was transformed to best fit the new restaurant by adding a second story with a secluded dining area. This new location has natural light and an open feel in the design, and similar to the Deep Ellum location, it will be open for later hours.
Located at 5100 Belt Line Road Suite 410 in the Village on the Parkway shopping center, Vidorra is a modern Mexican restaurant featuring several specialty cocktails as well as a four-pound taco called “El Jefe”. The name Vidorra translates to ‘good life’ in Spanish. The expansion of the existing restaurant required a remodel of the parking area that was a challenging aspect to gain approval for because parking in this area is already scarce.

It is a fortune 300 company based in North Carolina that operates over 100 dealerships with median car sales of $175,000.
