Dosier Residential Plat

In 2018, Dallas experienced microburst storms. For Wade Dosier and his family, it was a catastrophic event. While the family was on vacation the storm struck their neighborhood. During the course of the storm, the chimney caved in and their family home was flooded. The water was in part from the rain water, the sprinkler systems that had been damaged, and the fact that no one was home to turn the water system off. The family returned from their vacation to a home that was no longer inhabitable or able to be saved.

Wade Dosier wanted to replat the real estate from one lot to three lots. Within Dallas, this can be a very complex and subjective process.

The Union is an 800,000 square foot, two-tower mixed use development. This dynamic project is located at the junction of five city streets in Uptown Dallas and surrounded by Dallas’ premier sports, entertainment, museum, and park venues. The project was designed by HKS, Inc. and constructed by DPR Construction.

Victory Park

Victory Park

Victory Park has been the longest project in company history due to the additions and changes by the owner to enhance the property. Located north of the West End Historic District, what is now Victory Park was once the home of a simple industrial site. This three-billion-dollar, 75-acre project contains retail, residencies, hotels, office space, and the infamous American Airlines Center. The American Airlines center is now a hub for sports and entertainment and hosts the Dallas Mavericks as well as the Dallas Stars.
