      Project Description
The Draper apartment development is a $30 million mixed use project located in downtown Garland at the corner of South Garland Avenue and West Avenue B. This three-story building will include a 155-unit residential complex over a four-acre site. It will be a modern, urban housing development walking distance from various retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The site is also near the Downtown Garland DART light rail station, making it a convenient location for frequent commuters. To go along with the units there will be a community-oriented amenity center, outdoor pool, and ‘tuck-under’ garages.
