Assessing zoning issues. Our team has worked on numerous zoning, land use and development code amendments. The process includes evaluating and establishing land uses and zoning districts, overlays, and development standards pertaining building and site design and landscaping.
Land use analysis. We work to understand your local regulations and procedures to identify the best use of real estate based on the development goals, population growth, demographics, and needs of a community. Importantly, MP always tells clients their professional opinion–even when it’s bad news.
