Due Diligence

A critical project component, Masterplan provides due diligence services for each and every client we serve. This research investigates the existing rights and conditions of a tract of land. Information yielded includes existing zoning, infrastructure availability, surrounding uses and zoning, and investigation of existing structures on-site. Finally, our team is experienced at weighing the likelihood of success, establishing a timeline, and setting an appropriate budget.

Masterplan believes that giving clients a clear indicator that the project cannot be done upfront is valuable. We share our professional opinion, even when the news isn’t favorable news.  We will tell you: how long it will take, how likely success will be, and how much it will cost.
