Lender Zoning Report

Because commercial real estate transactions are complex and expensive, lenders seek to evaluate risk associated with financing a project before closing its sale. This lender due diligence provides confidence to the lender and investor that the intended use of the property will comply with local laws.

Zoning reports are one aspect of lender due diligence. These reports provide reliable site zoning analysis and compliance review that is supported by local municipal documentation to give a reliable, independently confirmed statement about property compliance with existing zoning regulations.
